Public Input

Pursuant to Development Procedures Bylaw No. 639, 2006 District of Sicamous Council receives public input prior to their consideration in the issuance of Development Permits and Development Variances Permits. Notifications are mailed to all property owners of land within a 50m radius of the proposed development. This form may be used to submit written comments which Council may consider during their deliberation on the issuance of the subject permit. 

To be included in Council consideration your submission must include your name, address and the proposed development project (address or file number). If you have questions regarding the proposed development, please email developmentservices@sicamous.ca in order to receive a response prior to the Council meeting.

Given the current conditions with COVID-19 service levels, and until further notice, Council will only be receiving input regarding proposed Development Permits and Development Variance Permits via written submissions. Written submissions can be made through this form, by email to (corporate@sicamous.ca or publicinput@sicamous.ca) or by mail and must be submitted prior to 4:30 pm on the date of the Council meeting which the development is being considered by Council.
