By submitting this form, I/We make application for a business license in accordance with the particulars stated above and declare the above is true and correct. I/We understand that if granted the business license applied for, I/We will comply with each and every obligation contained in all laws and bylaws in force or which may hereinafter come into force in the District of Sicamous. I declare that I am the agent and/or owner and am authorized to make this application.

Mobile Vendors

Mobile vendor are not permitted to operate within thirty (30) metres of a business selling comparable goods or services from a District owned property, boulevard or highway unless permission from the owner of the business is first obtained.

A mobile concession must comply with Provincial and Federal Statutes with respect to road safety and licensing. If an inspection by authorized representative(s) of the District is required, please expect application processing time delays.

If the proposed business is a restaurant or food outlet, Health Department approval is required. It is the responsibility of the applicant to obtain inspection and approvals as required.

Intercommunity Business Licence

Participating Municipalities include: City of Armstrong, City of Kelowna, City of Vernon, District of Summerland, Town of Princeton, District of West Kelowna, District of Coldstream, City of Penticton, District of Lake Country, Town of Oliver, Village of Keremeos, Township of Spallumcheen, City of Enderby, City of Salmon Arm, District of Peachland, Town of Osoyoos, Village of Lumby, City of Revelstoke, City of Merritt and District of Sicamous.
