Kangoo is a form of low-impact exercise using specially designed, spring-loaded boots to reduce impacts on joints while jogging, jumping and dancing. Drop in pre-registration is highly recommended as space is limited to 12.

Cost: $15 / Drop-In | $100 / 8-week series
Based on a form of hatha flow yoga, this class is great for those who may not have the flexibility or energy levels of younger students.

The Planning & Development Committee, comprised of two councillors and two community members, meets the third Wednesday of the month in Council Chambers. It also provides developers the opportunity to receive initial input on their proposals. The public is welcome to attend in person or electronically via ZOOM.

Drumming helps regulate breathing and heart rate, supports emotional expression and builds a sense of community and belonging. It's an energizing, fun and accessible way to support both mental and physical well-being.

The Planning & Development Committee, comprised of two councillors and two community members, meets the third Wednesday of the month in Council Chambers. During meetings, the committee reviews development proposals to be considered in conjunction with the Official Community Plan. It also provides developers the opportunity to receive initial input on their proposals. The public is welcome to attend in person or electronically via ZOOM.
