Semi-annual (metered) and annual (flat rate) utilities invoices have been mailed.  

JANUARY METERED BILLING

• Payments for Metered Utilities Invoices are due on or before March 1, 2022.
• A monthly 1% penalty is applied to outstanding balances received after the due date. 

FLAT RATE (NON-METERED) BILLING

• Payments for non-metered properties (flat rate) are due on or before March 1, 2022.
• A 10% penalty is applied to outstanding balances the close of business on July 4, 2022.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

If you are a property owner and have not received your Utilities Invoice please contact the District of Sicamous Finance Department to update your contact information. As a property owner it is your responsibility to pay utilities by the due date to avoid any penalties.
