Sek'emaws (Sicamous) Health Centre

The Sek'emaws (Sicamous) Health Centre features 3,200 square feet of rentable community space. The space is bright and welcoming, with arched windows inspired by the surrounding lakes that filter in natural light.

In the spirit of Sicamous' beautiful surroundings, the space has been named "The Lakes" and offers an option to divide the layout into two separate rooms named "Shuswap" and "Mara."

Sek'emaws (Sicamous) Health Centre Rental Policy

To submit a rental application, please complete the webform at the bottom of this webpage. If you have any questions about renting the space, please contact our recreation programmer via email at recreation@sicamous.ca.

The Lakes is the entire community space at the Sek'emaws (Sicamous) Health Centre.

Room Rental Rates

A damage deposit of $500 is required for the rental of the space. A cleaning fee of $35 per hour may apply depending on the use of the space.

Sek'emaws (Sicamous) Health Centre Community Space Request Form

Please note that this form is for requests only. The recreation department will follow up with you to confirm details and pricing. Once the deposit has been paid, the booking will be confirmed.

Please allow time for set up and cleanup. It is the group's responsibility to set up and clean up after the rental.

Fees may apply for some equipment choices. There is a fee associated with renting linens.

The undersigned agrees on the behalf of the above-named group to be responsible for any damage sustained to the District of Sicamous property while used by the group. The group is responsible for leaving the room neat and orderly.
