Property Inquiry Letter Request Form

The fee for a Property Inquiry Letter is $60. Please note that requests cannot be processed until payment is received. You can pay the fee by using District of Sicamous online services or pay in-person at municipal hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

Please include the legal description of the property that is the subject of the request.

Please submit an itemized list of information being requested (i.e. type and status of permits, zoning, date of Occupancy Certificate, outstanding issues, etc.).

All items being requested in a Property Inquiry Letter should be very specific about the nature of the information that is being sought. Poorly drafted requests will receive a "general" response that may result in pertinent information being omitted. 

Please attach an agent consent form if the person requesting property information is not the owner of the property.
