You can determine the property's legal description and permanent parcel identifier through the District's Property Inquiry Map.

Describe the development proposal and intended use. Please include the following information:

  • Full description of landscaping
  • Location and description of any signs
  • Parking
  • Buildings (existing and proposed)
  • Access

Please indicate any proposed variances to District bylaws as well as the reason the variances are being requested. The bylaw sections must be referenced.
