FoodSafe is a provincial requirement and essential training program for everyone involved in any type of food service.
This course emphasizes the improper practices that cause food-borne illness, plus the top job hazards in food preparation and servicing.
Please register through Okanagan College for this course. Select the Salmon Arm March 30th option. The Course will be held in Sicamous.
