Public hearings will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 5 p.m. in Council Chambers at Municipal Hall (446 Main Street) to consider District of Sicamous Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1070 and Bylaw No. 1074 and District of Sicamous Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1071 and Bylaw No. 1075.

Bylaw No. 1070 & 1071

Proposes to re-designate and rezone the subject properties, legally described as LOT 1 DISTRICT LOT 452 KAMLOOPS DIVISION YALE DISTRICT PLAN KAP84596 (303 Fred Busch Lane) and LOT 1 DISTRICT LOT 452 KAMLOOPS DIVISION YALE DISTRICT PLAN KAP83945 (307 Fred Busch Lane), to accommodate a multi-family residential development.

Bylaw No. 1074 & 1075

Proposes to re-designate and rezone the portion of the property legally described as LOT 2 DISTRICT LOT 452 KAMLOOPS DIVISION YALE DISTRICT PLAN 8531 (329 Main Street), to accommodate a residential development on the part of the described parcel upon the completion of the subdivision.

If you believe your interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaws, you may be heard at the public hearing or submit written comments. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, to be included on the meeting agenda.
