A public hearing will be held in the new year to consider Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1044, 2023.
The District proposes a number of housekeeping amendments since adoption of Zoning Bylaw No. 1000, 2023. These include updating the CR and MUR-1 zones, applying more appropriate zoning to select parcels, and correcting formatting errors. For a complete list of amendments, please refer to the draft amendment bylaw. It may be viewed at Municipal Hall during the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), online at our developments webpage or by contacting the District.
