The District of Sicamous is thrilled to have Holly Raczynski, a sixth-degree karate black belt, teaching a female self-defense class in our community.

The self-defense seminar will teach increased awareness and techniques for self-defense. The course is sure to build your confidence in your abilities and is an investment in your empowerment! A minimum of ten registrants are required for the course to proceed, so please don't hesitate to register as soon as possible.

About Holly Raczynski

Holly earned a bachelor degree in kinesiology with a major in education and is a member of the Provincial Martial Arts Association. She has coached the International Martial Arts Team for Canada, served as a provincial martial arts instructor in Salmon Arm and Sicamous and has experience as a professional stunt performer.
