The Splatsin Monument Committee is holding a walk and gathering to remember the history of residential schools, honour the victims and celebrate the survivors.

The walk begins at 10 a.m. at the Enderby Chamber of Commerce (700 Railway Street, Enderby) and finishes at the Splatsin Community Centre (5767 Old Vernon Road, Enderby). After the alk, there will be a social gathering with speakers, singing and light snacks.
