Public Engagement Session

The engagement session will include opportunities to share feedback at interactive stations and help shape a shared vision for M.J. Finlayson Centennial Park.

• Sicamous Health Centre (200 Main Street)

This plan will guide decision-making for the next decade, ensuring the park remains a vibrant, safe and inclusive space for recreation and community gatherings. The goal of the plan is to protect, maintain and enhance existing facilities while planning for future activities that support all-season use and improved accessibility for everyone.

Key goals for the plan include:

• Guide Improvements: Identify priorities for upgrades and maintenance.
• Support All-Season Use: Create spaces that work year-round.
• Enhance Accessibility: Ensure the park is welcoming for all ages and abilities.
• Plan for the Future: Align with the District’s Parks & Trails Plan (2023) and community needs.
