- Committee of the Whole Staff Report (March 25). Learn more about the process that brought the first draft of the OCP to life.
- Planning and Development Committee Meeting Recording (April 1). The committee discussed the first draft of the OCP in-depth.
The OCP is a long-term plan that helps guide how Sicamous grows and evolves over time, shaping decisions related to land use, housing, transportation, infrastructure and more.
Over the past year, staff have worked with the community to gather input through open houses, surveys and engagement events. This feedback has helped inform the draft plan, which reflects the shared vision and priorities of Sicamous residents.
Residents are invited to review the draft OCP and share their feedback as the project moves into its next phase. Input received will help refine the plan before it is presented to council for final considerations.
- Feedback can be shared via email to developmentservices@sicamous.ca
- A public hearing will be held before third reading of the OCP. Receive public notice via email!
