In accordance with section 24(1)(a) of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the District of Sicamous will enter into a lease agreement with the Eagle Valley Dragon Boaters Society commencing June 1, 2023 and expiring on May 31, 2028 for use of a portion of the land located at 1138 Riverside Avenue. The consideration being received by the District is $1 annually.
