In accordance with Sections 645 and 647 of the Local Government Act, the following properties will be offered for sale by public auction on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 10 a.m. in Council Chambers (446 Main Street). The tax sale will proceed unless the delinquent taxes plus interest are paid prior to that date and time.

Purchasers should be aware that they are liable for Property Purchase Taxes under the Property Transfer Tax Act once the transfer is in effect, following expiration of the one year redemption period. Purchasers may also be subject to GST depending on circumstances of individual properties.
