The District is seeking to purchase building plans for secondary dwelling units that will be offered to the public as part of a “pre-approved plan library” at low cost. The task of the proponent is to create versatile secondary dwelling building plans that will be suitable for a variety of existing site layouts. The building plans must be energy efficient, modifiable, and adaptable to support accessibility.
