With summer on the horizon, let’s get our community looking spick and span for the season!

Good Neighbour Bylaw No. 1005, 2021 outlines the standards for landscape maintenance and discarded materials. We want to see you and your neighbours enjoying Sicamous this summer, so be proactive and keep your properties clean, happy, and ready for patio season!

While you’re cleaning up, please remember that it is prohibited to burn yard waste outside the allotted times in April and October (Outdoor Burning Bylaw No. 452, 2002). All waste can be disposed of at the landfill.

The Sicamous landfill is open on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Everything from vegetation to mattresses can be disposed of here.
