District of Sicamous tax rates are set for 2026! Payments are due the first business day of July. If your home is valued the same as a typical assessment within the District of Sicamous ($514,000), your municipal taxes will cost you $1,846 ($154 per month).

Did you know that, for a typical home, 42.6 per cent of taxes collected by the district are for other taxing authorities? Taxes are collected for the Columbia Shuswap Regional District, North Okanagan Columbia Shuswap Hospital District, Okanagan Regional Library and the Province of British Columbia.

Property tax bills are on their way to your mailbox. If you have not received your mailed notice by May 26, please contact Municipal Hall. Make sure to plan your payment to be received on or before July 2, 2026. Late payments and grants will receive a 10 per cent penalty!
