Location: Finlayson Place (Upstairs 217 Finlayson St)

Wiser Yoga is based on a form of hatha flow yoga. The class was created for those who don't have the flexibility or energy levels of younger students.  Drop-ins welcome!

Dates:          Fridays | April 5 to June 7

Fee:             $10 drop-in (cash only) OR $85 for 10-week session ($8.50 per class)
Ages:           Open to all ages (anyone under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian)
