Wiser Yoga is based on a form of Hatha Flow Yoga. The class was
created for those who don't have the flexibility or energy levels
of younger students.

Cost: $10 per class (via cash at the venue) or $85 session fee

Ages: Open to all ages (anyone under 13 must be accompanied by a
